I was born a poor child. I was raised in west Salt Lake County. My youth was spent sleeping out at the Salt Palace calling roll for concert tickets. Me and my pals always had the greatest seats. I later attended college where I began dabbling in radio while on an athletic scholarship. In the early 80's I hopped on a motorcycle and headed west. I interned at the Mighty Met, KMET in Los Angeles while I bummed around the coast tending bar as a single man.(I truly wish they could all could be California girls!) I also checked out Northern Cal and Miami/Merritt Island Florida for a while.

My wife took me out of circulation in 1986 and we married in 1988. She made me get a real job so I policed for 14 years... with a real gun and everything! We spawned a brat not once but twice but they grew into fine young fun seekers.

I enjoy golfing, hanging with my family and old friends on a sailboat, and playing air guitar. My favorite movies are The 13th Warrior, Boondock Saints, and Caddyshack. When I'm feeling dark I'll plug in The Pledge. I grew up listening to rock and roll and had the opportunity to check out Van Halen on weekends when they were a garage band in Southern Cal. Zep is my favorite band with the Stones in at close second ( I have a Charlie Watts drumstick), Pre 80s ZZ Top is up there too (think Fandango)
